Semănat continues its (or one should say “his”?) travels through the magnetic fields. The color and taste of the project are quite like always – greyish, pastel shadows with the pinch of salt. The smell is somehow a little more bitter – it’s like steam from the bonfire that makes one’s eyes smart. On the musical side, this record tends to sound more abrasive and repetitive. Imagine wooden sticks, imagine empty bottles in the shed, or simply remember, how you were spelling cuss words when getting legs soaked because of stepping into a marsh. The origin of this record comes from the program Semănat played in a small anti-festival, located in the middle of nowhere of autumnal Lithuanian meadows. Same mud on both sides.

Semănat tęsia savo keliones magnetiniais laukais. Šioje kasetėje projekto skonis ir spalva yra daugmaž tokie, kaip ir įprasta – pilkšvi, pasteliniai šešėliai su druskos žiūpsniu ant liežuvio galo. Būtent tai, kas atliepia viduje, sėdint ant medinio slenksčio ir lėtai kramtant juodą duoną. Bet tuo pačiu viską papildo dar ir kvapas – šiame įraše jis aitrokas, primenantis akis graužiančius laužo dūmus. Muzikine prasme kasetės garsynas – kiek šiurkštesnis ir tuo pačiu repetityvesnis. Įsivaizduokite medinius pagalius, įsivaizduokite tuščius butelius sename šiene arba tiesiog atsiminkite, kaip keikėtės po nosimi, pastatę koją balon. Įrašo medžiaga pirmą kartą skambėjo anti-festivalio “Molio Pievos” metu – pakrypusioje daržinėje, pamažu pelkėn žengiančiame vienkiemyje.
